Formerly the George Washington School located at 1 Delaware Road in Kenmore, NY, this project was a complete renovation and conversion of a 51,000 square foot school building into 21 luxury apartments and included a complete renovation of the existing daycare center which remained opened during the entire renovation.

Also included, was commercial and retail space and the construction of a 5,500 square foot addition.

Electrical construction and wiring included a new utility transformer pad and 2400 amp electrical service with separate utility tenant metering, wiring of 21 loft apartments, all Common Areas, new elevator, addressable fire alarm system, and all communication/network cabling.
