The Bosche Lofts was a Design/Build Historical Preservation project that consisted of two buildings (916-918 Main Street in Downtown Buffalo) totaling 33,000 square feet. One 3 story and one 4 story buildings were merged together to create 23 residential loft apartments and 2 commercial tenant suites.
Bison Electrical provided the Electrical design and completed the construction drawings along with performing the electrical installation.
A new 800A, 3 phase service was provided with separate tenant metering along with a separate 200A, 3 phase metered service for the sprinkler fire pump system.
Electrical construction included 23 loft apartments, all Common Areas, new elevator, addressable fire alarm system, and all communication/network cabling for the facility.
